What we believe

We believe the law should work for animals. Our approach applies legal strategy to achieve positive change for animals and the environment.
Communities are the most powerful advocates for the environment, and they should be equipped with the practical legal tools so that their urgency can be translated into enforceable protection.
We recognise the interconnection between human health, animal health and the environment. Solutions must embrace this intersectionality through multidisciplinary effort at local and national levels.
